This is a suggested schedule of events for the engagement of the MITS-AT team of stakeholders in a disciplined dialogue to design an action plan capable of overcoming the barrier and aligning initiatives for sustaining and attaining the ideal, sustainable model of assistive technology.

It will take you about 3 hours total to make it through four Rounds of asynchronous interaction using the Webscope. The synchronous interaction (Round 5) will take another 3 hours. For more specific information about each round use the navigation panel on the left to jump to a page. The schedule of activities appears below:
  • Sept 24 (Friday) Participate in a Webinar in the afternoon of Co-Laboratory I. Join the Wiki and learn how to use it.
  • Oct 27 (Wednesday)-Oct 31 (Sunday) Begin Round 1. You have 5 days to respond to the triggering question, please respond by Midnight, Oct. 31. (trick or treat)
  • Nov 1 (Monday)- Nov 5 (Friday) Begin Round 2. You will receive everyone's responses in a Table (Table 5). Round 2 requires you to look at the Table and use the Websope wiki to ask questions of clarification. You have 5 days, until Friday, Nov 5, at Midnight to ask for the clarifications on the Webscope Wiki.
  • Nov 8 (Monday) Begin Round 3. You will receive all of the responses again, but this time they will be organized into clusters so they are easier to digest. You will have 2 days (until Tuesday,November 9) to suggest changes in the clusters.
  • Nov 10 (Wednesday) Begin Round 4. You will receive the amended clusters and everyone will be asked to vote on their top 5 statements. Please make sure you enter your votes into the Webscope Wiki by 5:00 PM Thursday, Nov 11, so that the KMT/FT can send you Table 6 with the voting results before our Mapping on Friday.
  • Nov 12 (Friday) Begin and complete Round 5. This will be our 3 hour synchronous Webscope (different places at the same time), from 9:00 AM to Noon, where you construct an influence map that will guide the team in employing the science of implementation for aligning initiatives and sustaining the ideal, sustainable model of assistive technology.
